St. Anne Home & School Commitments

2024- 2025

Scrip:

All St. Anne families are required to generate a certain amount of money in rebates from card purchases this school year.  Families have until May 16, 2024 to purchase enough cards to generate those rebates.  PreK families are required to generate $50 in rebates, while the families in K-5 are required to generate $350. 

Buyout Option: Pay the $350 to the St. Anne School office.  Make sure you mark “Scrip Buyout” on your envelope.

Other Fundraising Commitments:

In addition to SCRIP, each family must commit to one of the following:

St. Anne Gala: The St. Anne Gala is an evening of live/silent auctions, entertainment, and raffles.  Workers help to solicit donations, set up/clean up, and work jobs during the event.  St. Anne will host the event on Saturday, Feb. 1, 2025 at the Dixon Elks Lodge.
 
Family Fun Picnic:  This is a great event just for St. Anne families to enjoy. Games, food, and fun will be planned on the last day of school in May 2025.  All families are required to sell raffle tickets to this event.  PreK must sell 10 tickets and K-5 must sell 15 tickets.

Weekly SCRIP Seller: These people work after Masses and after school to sell SCRIP gift cards. Volunteers will work one shift per week, and must contact A. Smith to secure a day and time.
 
Weekly Morning Recess Duty: Adults are needed to assist school staff with supervising the playground during morning recess.  If interested, please contact the office staff for available days and times.
 
Weekly Lunch Duty: Adults are needed to assist school staff with supervising the student lunch hour from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. If interested, please contact the office staff for available days and times.
 
Bi-Monthly Popcorn Popper: Adults are needed to pop and bag popcorn for the school students on every other Friday morning.

Event Buyout Options:  $350 Scrip Buyout, $300 Spring Raffle Buyout, $550 Event Buyout, or $1200 total buyout.  This decision must be made and paid to the school office by Oct. 1^st, 2023.  Make sure you mark “School Commitment Buyout” on your envelope.
